It's easy to order an instrument from us:
First, call Lark Street Music on the phone at (201) 287-1959. Cyberspace is pretty cool, but for actually buying a vintage instrument, it's a must that we actually speak to each other so I can give you an accurate, in depth description of the way the instrument looks, plays, feels, and sounds. Mention that you saw our web page!
Next, pay with your credit card number (over the phone or fax please), or send a bank check.
Payment is by Certified Check, Postal Money Order, VISA, MC, DISCOVER or Bank Wire. Please email or call us for instructions on wiring funds directly to our bank.
NO sales tax on out of state orders, but NJ state sales tax applies within NJ
Shipping: We will send the instrument, fully insured via UPS or Federal Express. The charges average out to about $12-$20 by ground, $45 for 3 day air , $50-65 for 2nd day Air, and about $75-$95 for Next Day delivery. Overseas Shipping will be arranged thru these same freight companies, and others, with charges ranging from $85-$225, depending on distance and speed desired. The less expensive method involves picking the shipment up at the airport (via Burlington Air Express). You must also pay all import duties of your country.
Packing: Don't worry!!! We are expert packers, and if for some flukey reason the shipment gets damaged, we take care of all claims. There is no risk to you.
Approval: We hold the funds until you get your instrument. You have a day to try out the instrument (longer, if you wish, by agreement) and upon your approval, we consider the deal done. If for any reason you want to return the instrument, just ship it back insured, the way we sent it to you, and your $$ will be cheerfully refunded. A 25% Deposit will hold an instrument for 30 days
